1. Habanero chile, seeded and thinly sliced 1
2. Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
3. Mayonnaise ½ cup
4. Extra-hot prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
6. Apple cider vinegar, or to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Ground white pepper ¼ teaspoon
8. Garlic powder ⅛ teaspoon
9. Swordfish steaks 2 (6 ounce)
10. Olive oil 2 teaspoons
11. Salt to taste 2 teaspoons
12. Sliced green onions 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Swordfish with White Hot Sauce

1 . Stage

Crush the habanero and kosher salt into a fine paste with a mortar and pestle before whisking in mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, vinegar, white pepper, and garlic powder.

2 . Stage

Strain sauce through a fine mesh strainer before using to remove the pepper skins and particles of horseradish. Set aside until needed.

3 . Stage

Preheat a charcoal grill until coals are very hot.

4 . Stage

Coat filets on both sides with olive oil and season with salt.

5 . Stage

Place filets on the preheated grill, flipping as needed, until they spring back lightly to the touch. Remove from heat.
