2. Hot house cucumbers - peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced - 2
3. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
4. Chopped fresh mint - 2 tablespoons
5. White sugar - ½ teaspoon
6. Kosher salt - ¼ teaspoon
