2. Hot house cucumbers - peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced 2
3. Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
4. Chopped fresh mint 2 tablespoons
5. White sugar ½ teaspoon
6. Kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
