Ingredients for - Sweet Peach Salsa

1. Tomatoes, chopped - 20
2. Onions, finely chopped - 6
3. Fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped - 5
4. Pears - peeled, cored and chopped - 5
5. Green bell pepper, finely chopped - 1
6. Red bell pepper, finely chopped - 1
7. White sugar - 4 cups
8. Distilled white vinegar - 1 cup
9. Salt - 2 tablespoons
10. Pickling spice, wrapped in cheesecloth - 4 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Peach Salsa

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, bring to a boil the tomatoes, onions, peaches, pears, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, sugar, vinegar and salt. Reduce heat. Place the pickling spice into the mixture. Stirring frequently, simmer 1 1/2 hours, or until volume is reduced by half.

2. Stage

Discard spice bag. Transfer the mixture to sterile containers. Store in the refrigerator until use.
