7. Small flour tortillas - 10
8. White sugar - ½ cup
9. Brown sugar - ½ cup
10. Water - ⅓ cup
11. Butter - ⅓ cup
12. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
13. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
