1. Sweet potato, with skin - 1 (1 pound)
2. Butter, softened - ½ cup
3. White sugar - 1 cup
4. Milk - ½ cup
5. Eggs - 2 large
6. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Unbaked pie crust - 1 (9 inch)
