1. All-purpose flour - 8 cups
2. White sugar, or more to taste - ¾ cup
3. Baking powder - 2 tablespoons
4. Baking soda - 2 ½ teaspoons
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Buttermilk - 2 ¼ cups
7. Butter, softened - 1 cup
8. Eggs - 2
9. Raisins - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Irish Soda Bread with Raisins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Add buttermilk, butter, and eggs. Knead together with your hands or use an electric mixer; add raisins. Split dough in half and form into 2 loaves. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
