1. Mochiko (sweet rice flour) (such as Koda Farms®) 3 ½ cups
2. White sugar 2 cups
3. Instant lemon pudding mix 1 (3.4 ounce) package
4. Baking powder 4 teaspoons
5. Milk 3 cups
6. Butter, melted ½ cup
7. Eggs, lightly beaten 5
8. Lemon extract 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Mochi Cake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Stir mochiko, sugar, pudding mix, and baking powder together in a bowl and use a whisk to combine. Whisk in milk and beat out lumps. Whisk in melted butter, then egg, then lemon extract. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
