Ingredients for - Keto Bacon and Cheese Biscuits

1. Cooking spray
2. 2 c. almond flour
3. 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
5. Freshly ground black pepper
6. 1 large egg
7. 5 tbsp. melted butter  
8. 1/3 c. sour cream
9. 1 c.  chopped cooked bacon
10. 1 c. shredded cheddar

How to cook deliciously - Keto Bacon and Cheese Biscuits

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, baking soda, salt, and a few cranks of black pepper together. Add egg, melted butter, and sour cream and mix until just combined. Fold in bacon and cheese. 

2 . Stage

Using a spoon, drop biscuits by the spoonful onto prepared baking sheet 2” apart. 

3 . Stage

Bake until golden, 20 minutes. Let cook on baking sheet for 10 minutes.
