Ingredients for - Mini BBQ Chicken Sliders

1. Coleslaw 
2. 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
3. 5 c. root beer
4. 1 (18-oz.) bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
5. Kosher salt
6. Freshly ground black pepper
7. 1 12-count King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
8. Sliced dill pickles, to serve

How to cook deliciously - Mini BBQ Chicken Sliders

1 . Stage

Prepare coleslaw according to recipe. 

2 . Stage

In a large slow cooker, combine chicken and root beer. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and extremely tender.

3 . Stage

Transfer chicken to a large bowl. Using two forks, shred chicken. Drain root beer and discard, then return chicken to slow cooker.

4 . Stage

Stir in barbecue sauce. Cook on low for 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper.

5 . Stage

Slice King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls in half horizontally. Divide shredded chicken between bottom buns, then top with a generous scoop of coleslaw and a pickle.
