2. 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
3. Kosher salt
4. Freshly ground black pepper
5. 4 cloves garlic, minced

7. 1 tsp. fresh thyme, stripped and chopped
8. 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
9. 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
