1. Uncooked elbow macaroni - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Mayonnaise - ¾ cup
3. Cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
4. Sugar - 1 teaspoon
5. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
6. White pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Green onions, sliced - ¼ cup
8. Jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped - 2

How to cook deliciously - Kim's Macaroni Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water.

2. Stage

Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, green onions, and jalapeño peppers in a large bowl. Stir in macaroni. Refrigerate until chilled before serving, at least 30 minutes.
