1. 6 ears corn, husked -
2. 3 tbsp. packed brown sugar -
3. 1 tsp. cayenne pepper -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. 1/4 c. melted butter -
7. Lime wedges, for squeezing -

How to cook deliciously - Sweet & Spicy Grilled Corn

1. Stage

Heat grill to high. Oil grates and add corn. Grill, turning, 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, in a small bowl add brown sugar, cayenne, salt, pepper and butter. Whisk together until combined.

3. Stage

Baste corn, while grilling, until totally slathered in crack sauce. Grill until charred and tender, 5 minutes more.

4. Stage

Squeeze with lime and serve.
