Ingredients for - Carrot Patch Brownies

1. Cooking spray -
2. 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box -
3. 1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips -
4. 1 tbsp. coconut oil -
5. Orange food coloring -
6. 15 large strawberries -
7. 1 tub chocolate frosting -
8. 18 Oreos, crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)   -
9. Robin Eggs candies, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Patch Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9”-x-13” baking pan with cooking spray. Line pan with parchment paper and spray parchment paper with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick has moist crumbs, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. 

3. Stage

In a microwave safe bowl combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth. Add orange food coloring until desired color is reached. 

4. Stage

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pierce each strawberry with a toothpick through the green tops and dunk strawberries in orange chocolate, repeating to coat, if necessary. Place on lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.

5. Stage

Remove cooled brownies from pan and frost with chocolate frosting, then top with crushed Oreos. Top brownies with strawberries and garnish with Robin Eggs.
