1. Fresh cranberries, rinsed and sorted 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored, and diced 2 large
3. Water 1 cup
4. White sugar 1 cup
5. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Sauce with Apples

1 . Stage

Place cranberries, apples, water, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until cranberries pop and apples are soft, about 20 minutes.

2 . Stage

Remove from the heat and cool completely. Serve, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
