Ingredients for - Sinigang na Baka

1. Canola oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Onion, chopped - 1 large
3. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
4. Beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes - 1 pound
5. Water - 1 quart
6. Tomatoes, diced - 2 large
7. Fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed - ½ pound
8. Bok choy, cut into 1 1/2 inch strips - ½ medium head
9. Fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces - 1 head
10. Tamarind soup base - 1 (1.41 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Sinigang na Baka

1. Stage

Heat oil in medium stock pot. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add beef to pot, and saute until browned. Pour in water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

2. Stage

Place tomatoes and green beans in pot, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in bok choy, broccoli and tamarind soup mix. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
