1. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
2. Chopped fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup
3. Garlic, peeled - 4 cloves
4. Lime, juiced - 1 small
5. Garlic and herb seasoning (such as Badia® Complete Seasoning®) - 1 teaspoon
6. Cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined - 1 pound
8. White bread, crusts removed, toasted - 3 slices
9. Butter-flavored cooking spray - 1

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro-Lime Baked Shrimp

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Combine oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, seasoning, and cayenne in the bowl of a food processor; blend well. Toss with shrimp in a bowl. Transfer into a glass 8x8-inch baking dish.

Process toasted bread in a food processor until crumbed. Top shrimp with bread crumbs and spray with a generous coating of cooking spray.
