Ingredients for - Crab Ceviche

1. Imitation crabmeat, flaked - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Tomatoes, chopped - 2 large
4. Serrano peppers, finely chopped - 3
5. Red onion, finely chopped - 1
6. Cilantro, chopped - ½ bunch
7. Limes, juiced - 2
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 2

How to cook deliciously - Crab Ceviche

1. Stage

Place imitation crab into a large glass or porcelain bowl; stir in olive oil until well coated. Stir in tomatoes, serrano peppers, onion, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice on top and mix well. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
