2. Quinoa - 1 cup
3. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
4. Limes, juiced - 2
5. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes, or more to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Halved cherry tomatoes - 1 ½ cups
9. Black beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
10. Green onions, finely chopped - 5
11. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ cup
