1. Sun-dried tomato pesto 1 (6 ounce) tub
2. Whole wheat pita breads 6 (6 inch)
3. Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped 2
4. Spinach, rinsed and chopped 1 bunch
5. Fresh mushrooms, sliced 4
6. Crumbled feta cheese ½ cup
7. Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
8. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
9. Ground black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons
