1. Sun-dried tomato pesto - 1 (6 ounce) tub
2. Whole wheat pita breads - 6 (6 inch)
3. Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped - 2
4. Spinach, rinsed and chopped - 1 bunch
5. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 4
6. Crumbled feta cheese - ½ cup
7. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons
8. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 3 tablespoons
