2. Lime juice - 4 tablespoons
3. Garlic, crushed - 3 cloves
4. Salt to taste - 3 cloves
5. Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
6. Grated onion - 3 tablespoons
7. Palm oil - 3 tablespoons
8. Onion, cut into rings - 1 large
9. Water - 1 ½ cups
10. Coconut milk - ½ (14 ounce) can
11. Green bell pepper, sliced - 1
12. Red bell pepper, sliced - 1
13. Tomatoes, seeded and sliced - 2
14. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 bunch
15. Green onions, chopped - ½ bunch

Rinse sea bass under running cold water; pat dry. Place in a shallow dish and season with lime juice, garlic, and salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
