Ingredients for - Mediterranean Tuna Bites

1. Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
2. Lime juice - 2 teaspoons
3. Lime zest - 1 teaspoon
4. Sugar - ½ teaspoon
5. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Salt and ground black pepper - 2 tablespoons
7. Solid white albacore tuna in water, drained and chunked - 1 (5 ounce) can
8. Chopped Roma tomatoes - 2 tablespoons
9. Chopped red onion - 1 ½ tablespoons
10. Peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber - 1 tablespoon
11. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
12. Capers, drained (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
13. Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps® - 8
14. Slices pitted kalamata olives - 8
15. Crumbled feta cheese - 8

How to cook deliciously - Mediterranean Tuna Bites

1. Stage

Stir Dijon mustard, lime juice, lime zest, and sugar together in a bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil; whisk until dressing thickens slightly. Stir in the salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Place the tuna in a bowl. Lightly fold in tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, parsley, and capers.

Drizzle dressing over the tuna mixture. Stir gently, trying not to break the tuna into small pieces.

4. Stage

Place a spoonful of tuna onto a pretzel crisp, top with 2 olive slices, and sprinkle with some crumbled feta cheese.
