1 . Stage
Mash the cottage cheese with butter and egg yolk.

Add the flour and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and distribute it in the form (mine has a diameter of 20 cm). Prick it with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 g.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix with the sour cream.
5 . Stage
Take the base out of the oven and pour the mixture. Spread the berries on top. Return to the oven and bake for about 1 hour. Before serving, chill for a few hours (the more the better) in the refrigerator to allow the filling to firm up.
