1. Romaine lettuce leaves - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Tomato, diced - 1 large
3. Avocado, diced - 1
4. Pickling cucumber, diced - 1
5. Crumbled feta cheese - ¾ cup
6. Diced red onion - ¼ cup
7. White corn kernels - ¼ cup
8. Cooked black beans - ¼ cup
9. Crushed tortilla chips, or to taste - ¼ cup
10. Olive oil (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
11. Lemon juice (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
12. Ground cumin (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
13. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Add tomato, avocado, cucumber, feta cheese, onion, corn, and black beans; toss well. Sprinkle tortilla chips over salad.
