1. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 1 pound
2. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
4. Butter 3 tablespoons
5. Hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot ®) 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Buffalo Brussels Sprouts

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until evenly coated. Spread sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet.
