1. Stage
Soak the rice in cold water for 2 hours. Drain the water, pour in hot water and leave for another hour. Remove in a colander and let dry.

Prepare the minced meat. Grind beef (or take ready-made minced meat), add ginger, pepper, salt, egg, herbs.

Roll balls the size of a large walnut. I got 21 of them.

Roll the minced meat balls in the rice as if they were breaded. Place in a greased buttered steamer bowl.
