1. Very small red potatoes, scrubbed 2 pounds
2. Unsalted butter, cut into several pieces and softened 3 tablespoons
3. Finely chopped fresh chives 3 tablespoons
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Boiled Potatoes with Chives

1 . Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and let sit until cool enough to handle, 1 to 2 minutes.

2 . Stage

Cut potatoes in half and place into a serving bowl. Add butter, chives, salt, and pepper; toss until butter melts and potatoes are well coated.
