2. Ground beef - 1 pound
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
4. Garlic powder (Optional) - 1 pinch
5. Cream of mushroom soup - 2 (10.75 ounce) cans
6. Cream cheese - 1 (8 ounce) package
7. Milk, plus more to taste - ½ cup
8. Diced carrots - 1 (11 ounce) can

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large dish.
