Ingredients for - Irish Stew

1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 pound
3. Onion, chopped - 1 large
4. Carrots, chopped - 2 medium
5. Celery, chopped - 2 ribs
6. Hot water - 3 cups
7. Dry brown gravy mix - 2 ½ tablespoons
8. Beef bouillon - 2 cubes
9. Worcestershire sauce - ¼ cup
10. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
11. Dried oregano - ¼ teaspoon
12. Potatoes, cubed - 8 medium
13. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 8 medium

How to cook deliciously - Irish Stew

1. Stage

Heat vegetable oil in a stockpot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in onion, carrots, and celery.

2. Stage

Mix water, gravy mix, and bouillon together in a small bowl; pour into the stockpot. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, and oregano. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

3. Stage

Stir in potatoes. Cover and simmer until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
