Ingredients for - Balsamic-Marinated Mushroom Salad

1. Good quality balsamic vinegar - ¼ cup
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 clove
5. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 pound
6. Sweet onion, minced - 1 medium
7. Minced fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Balsamic-Marinated Mushroom Salad

1. Stage

Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

2. Stage

Place mushrooms in a large bowl with onion. Pour balsamic mixture over top; stir gently until well coated. Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 6 to 8 hours, stirring once or twice during that time.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley just before serving.
