1. Hard-boiled eggs, grated - 3
2. Ripe avocado, peeled and pitted - 1
3. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
4. Mashed garlic - 2 tablespoons
5. Lemon-pepper seasoning - ½ teaspoon
6. Shredded cabbage - 1 (8 ounce) package
7. Greek yogurt - ⅓ cup
8. Onion, finely chopped - 1
9. Sunflower seeds, or more to taste - 1 cup
10. Finely chopped broccoli florets - ¾ cup
11. Fresh lemon juice, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Hearty Garlic Slaw

1. Stage

Mash eggs, avocado, olive oil, garlic, and lemon-pepper seasoning together in a bowl until sauce is smooth. Add cabbage and Greek yogurt to sauce and toss until evenly coated. Mix onion, sunflower seeds, and broccoli into cabbage mixture until evenly coated. Mix lemon juice, salt, and pepper into slaw. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
