1. Capers 4 tablespoons
2. Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
3. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
4. Lemon, juiced ½ large
5. Coriander seeds, crushed 1 teaspoon
6. Freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
7. Halloumi cheese, sliced 1 (8.8 ounce) package
8. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
9. Chopped cilantro leaves ½ cup
10. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Crispy Halloumi Cheese with Caper Sauce

1 . Stage

Cover capers with fresh water in a bowl and soak for 5 minutes to remove excess salt; drain.

2 . Stage

Chop capers coarsely. Stir together capers, garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, and crushed coriander seeds in a small bowl. Season with ground black pepper.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Brush the halloumi slices with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
