Ingredients for - Three Pepper Pasta Salad

1. Tri-color pasta 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Olive oil ⅔ cup
3. White wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
4. Fresh basil leaves ¼ cup
5. Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
6. Salt 1 ¼ teaspoons
7. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon
8. Red bell pepper, julienned 1
9. Yellow bell pepper, julienned 1
10. Orange bell pepper, julienned 1
11. Fresh tomato, chopped 1 medium
12. Black olives, drained 1 (2.25 ounce) can
13. Mozzarella cheese, cubed 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Three Pepper Pasta Salad

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.

2 . Stage

In a blender or food processor, blend the olive oil, white wine vinegar, basil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3 . Stage

In a large bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, dressing mixture, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, tomato, and olives. Top with mozzarella cheese to serve.
