1. Cod fillets - 4 (4 ounce)
2. Potatoes, peeled and sliced - 3 medium
3. Water - ¼ cup
4. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
5. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh dill - 3 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
9. Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Fish Fillets in Lemon Sauce

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place cod and potatoes into the bottom of a baking dish (such as Pyrex®).

3. Stage

Mix water, lemon juice, oil, dill, parsley, garlic, Dijon mustard, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and add to the fish and potatoes. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are tender, about 35 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10 minutes more.
