Ingredients for - Vegan Baked Carrots

1. Young carrots, preferably with their green tops - 1 pound
2. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
3. Orange juice - 2 tablespoons
4. Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
5. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Baked Carrots

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2. Stage

Scrub carrots and peel, if desired. Place carrots on a piece of parchment paper large enough to create a packet.

3. Stage

Mix olive oil, orange juice, and cumin seeds in a small bowl. Pour mixture over carrots and toss well. Fold parchment paper over carrots and seal to close.

Bake in the preheated oven until carrots are soft, about 45 minutes.
