1. 80% lean ground beef - 2 ½ pounds
2. Yellow onion, diced - 1 medium
3. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
4. Tomato sauce - 2 (15 ounce) cans
5. Fire-roasted diced tomatoes - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Crushed tomatoes - 1 (15 ounce) can
7. Tamed™ diced jalapeno peppers - ½ (4 ounce) can
8. Worcestershire sauce - ¼ cup
9. Taco seasoning mix - 1 tablespoon
10. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
11. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
12. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
13. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
14. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - No-Bean Low-Carb Chili

1. Stage

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is browned and crumbly and onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain ground beef in a colander.

2. Stage

Transfer meat mixture to a slow cooker; add tomatoes sauce, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, jalapenos, Worcestershire, taco seasoning, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper and stir to combine. Cover and cook, adding water as needed to thin out chili, on Low for 8 hours.
