8. Reduced-sodium tomato soup 1 (26 ounce) can
9. Water 13 fluid ounces
10. Diced potatoes, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can
11. Reduced-sodium chicken broth 1 (14 ounce) can
12. Dried basil 1 tablespoon
13. Onion Powder ½ teaspoon
14. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.
