3. Sliced orange bell pepper - 1 cup
4. Sliced red bell pepper - 1 cup
5. Sliced celery - 1 cup
6. Sliced carrots - 1 cup
7. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
8. Reduced-sodium tomato soup - 1 (26 ounce) can
9. Water - 13 fluid ounces
10. Diced potatoes, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
11. Reduced-sodium chicken broth - 1 (14 ounce) can
12. Dried basil - 1 tablespoon
13. Onion Powder - ½ teaspoon
14. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Healthy Veggie Minestrone Soup

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain.

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; add orange bell pepper, red bell pepper, celery, carrots, and garlic. Cook and stir until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
