1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Taco seasoning mix - 1 (1 ounce) package
3. Nacho-flavor tortilla chips - ½ (14.5 ounce) package
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
5. Kidney beans, drained - ½ (15 ounce) can
6. Ranch-style salad dressing - ½ cup
7. Chopped tomato - 1
8. Chopped lettuce - 1 cup
9. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Sue's Taco Salad

1. Stage

Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring to crumble, until well done; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Set aside to cool.

2. Stage

Place chips into a large bowl; crush them into bite-sized pieces. Combine with seasoned meat, cheese, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions.
