Ingredients for - Ultimate Breakfast Casserole

1. Eggs, beaten - 3
2. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
3. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Sour cream - 16 ounces
5. Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 (2 pound) package
6. Cooked ham, cubed - 2 cups
7. Onion, chopped - 1
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ¾ cup
9. Butter, melted - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Ultimate Breakfast Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Season beaten eggs with pepper; pour into baking dish. In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, hash browns, ham, onion and cheese. Mix thoroughly and pour over eggs.

3. Stage

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove and drizzle butter over top of casserole. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until golden.
