Ingredients for - Yummy Veal Meat Loaf

1. Ground veal - 2 pounds
2. Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 1 cup
3. Egg, beaten - 1
4. Shredded baby carrots - ⅓ cup
5. Ketchup - 1 cup
6. Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped onion - ½ cup
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried parsley - 1 teaspoon
10. Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Yummy Veal Meat Loaf

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a bowl, mix the veal, bread crumbs, egg, baby carrots, 1/2 cup ketchup, garlic, and onion. Season with salt, parsley, chili powder, and pepper. Transfer to an 8x8 inch pan, and form into a loaf shape. Top with remaining ketchup.

3. Stage

Cover, and bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cover, and continue baking 15 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
