How to cook deliciously - Corrida Salad
1. Stage
Cut the meat into julienne strips and fry in a hot frying pan greased with vegetable oil until crispy.
2. Stage
Cut 1.5 tomatoes into small cubes, put them in another pan greased with vegetable oil, and stew for about 10 minutes. I do this step at the same time as the first step. After 10 minutes add honey, salt, spices, crushed garlic. Adjust for salt and pepper, pour in the vinegar and turn off the heat.

Cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat. Fry all until the onions are cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stage
Slice fresh cucumbers into julienne slices. Finely chop the greens, leaving a few sprigs for decoration.
5. Stage
Mix greens, meat and sauce. Place the green lettuce leaves on the serving plate. Then put the salad itself. Decorate with grated cheese, 0.5 tomato slices and greens.
