Ingredients for - Stir Fried Pasta with Veggies

1. Spaghetti 8 ounces
2. Crushed garlic 2 cloves
3. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
4. Onion, sliced into thin rings 1
5. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces 2
6. Broccoli florets 2 cups
7. Cauliflower florets 2 cups
8. Julienned carrots 2 cups
9. Salt to taste 2 cups
10. Ground black pepper to taste 2 cups
11. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Stir Fried Pasta with Veggies

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook spaghetti pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in oil for 1 minute. Stir in onion, and cook until soft. Stir in chicken, and cook until juices run clear. Mix in the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, and cook for 2 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

3 . Stage

Toss pasta with vegetables, and serve warm.
