2. Acorn squash, halved and seeded - 1
3. Apple, diced - 1
4. Diced celery - 2 tablespoons
5. Water - 2 tablespoons
6. Minced onion - 2 teaspoons
7. Butter, cubed - 2 teaspoons
8. Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon, or to taste - 1 pinch

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.

Place squash, cut-side down, on baking sheet.

Combine apple, celery, water, onion, and butter in a small baking dish; cover with aluminum foil.
