2. Cooked brown rice - 3 cups
3. Frozen peas - 2 cups
4. Condensed cream of celery soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
5. Milk - ¼ cup
6. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, or to taste - 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
