2. Grated lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
4. Potatoes, cut into wedges - 2 large
5. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Feta cheese, crumbled - 2 ounces
7. Chopped fresh mint - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Baked Greek Fries

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Mix Greek seasoning, lemon zest, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.

Spread potatoes into a single layer on a baking sheet; drizzle with oil and stir until coated. Sprinkle seasoning mixture evenly over top.
