3. White wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
4. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
5. Shallot, finely chopped 1 medium
6. Chopped fresh tarragon 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped fresh chives 1 tablespoon
8. Chopped fresh chervil 1 tablespoon
9. Garlic, finely chopped 1 clove
10. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 clove
