How to cook deliciously - Mushroom rolls
1. Stage
The sheet of prepared dough needs to be defrosted. It's quick. Prepare everything for the rolls. Peel the champignons, cut them into slices.

Pour oil in a frying pan, heat it and put the mushrooms. We fry them until all moisture evaporates. About a minute before they are ready, sprinkle the mushrooms with finely minced garlic.

Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. If the tomatoes are not fleshy, remove the flesh so that there is less moisture. Add the chopped tomatoes to the mushrooms. Olives cut lengthwise into 4 "wheels" and also send to the mushrooms. Add oregano, basil and pepper. Stir and salt to taste. Stuffing is ready for rolls.

Roll out the dough, dusting the work surface with flour. The thickness of the dough is ~ 05-0.7 cm.

Place the pieces on baking paper or, like me, on a non-stick dish. Separate the egg yolk and brush the top of the rolls with a brush. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put in heated oven up to t-180 C for 20 minutes. Guided by your oven.
