1. Fingerling potatoes 1 pound
2. Salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®) ¾ cup
3. Sour cream ½ cup
4. Chopped onion, or to taste ¼ cup
5. Chopped fresh parsley 3 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh chives 3 tablespoons
7. Sweet pickle relish 2 tablespoons
8. Dill pickle relish 2 tablespoons
9. Prepared yellow mustard 1 ½ tablespoons
10. White sugar 1 tablespoon
11. Chopped fresh Thai basil 1 tablespoon
12. Celery seed 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Potato Salad

1 . Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 15 minutes. Chop coarsely.

Combine salad dressing, sour cream, onion, parsley, chives, sweet relish, dill relish, mustard, sugar, basil, and celery seed in a large bowl. Add potatoes; stir well to coat. Cover and chill to let all the flavors blend, 12 to 24 hours.
