1. Tart apples - peeled, cored and chopped - 3
2. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
3. Seedless grapes - 1 cup
4. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
5. Green onions, chopped - 2
6. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
7. Plain yogurt - 2 tablespoons
8. Apple juice - 3 tablespoons
9. Celery seed - ¼ teaspoon
10. Watercress, trimmed and chopped - 1 bunch
11. Chopped walnuts - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Waldorf Salad with Yogurt

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the apples and lemon juice. Add the grapes, celery, and green onions; toss.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, apple juice and celery seeds. Spoon over the apple mixture, and toss gently.

3. Stage

Wash the watercress, and dry thoroughly. Arrange greens on individual salad plates. Mound the apple mixture on top, and sprinkle with the walnuts.
