2. Whole frozen strawberries, or more to taste - 3
3. Milk - ¾ cup
4. Plain yogurt - ½ cup
5. Pumpkin Puree - ¼ cup
6. Creamy peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
7. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground cinnamon (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground nutmeg - 1 pinch
10. Ice cubes, or as desired - 8
11. Whipped cream, or more to taste (Optional) - ¼ cup
12. Ground cinnamon (Optional) - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Peanut Butter Smoothie

1. Stage

Blend banana, strawberries, milk, yogurt, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender until smooth; add ice cubes and again blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into 4 glasses and top with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
