1. Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon
2. Onion, chopped 1 small
3. Carrot, diced 1 medium
4. Chopped broccoli florets ½ cup
5. Diced red bell pepper ¼ cup
6. Garlic, minced 1 clove
7. Vegetable broth 3 cups
8. Rice 1 ½ cups
9. Sazon seasoning with coriander and achiote (such as Goya®) 1 (1.41 ounce) package
10. Adobo seasoning with pepper (such as Goya®) 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Yellow Rice with Vegetables

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic; cook and stir until vegetables soften and garlic just begins to brown, about 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in broth, rice, sazón seasoning, and adobo seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 25 minutes.

3 . Stage

Fluff rice with a fork to serve.
